Meet Our Team
Jim Dunn has been licensed since 1974 as a real estate broker and brings a lifetime of experience and knowledge to his profession. Since 1991, Jim has served as President and owner of Dunn Properties, Ltd. This company specializes in selling commercial real estate, apartments, and ranches, and has participated in numerous successful and high profile development projects.
Jim attended Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado, and holds a real estate Broker’s license in Colorado, Utah and Nevada. In 2009 he graduated from the Texas Auction Academy in Dallas, Texas, and obtained his Auctioneer’s license in Clark County, Nevada.
Formerly a corporate broker with Mason, Davis and Dunn, and Beazer Homes of Nevada, Dunn has now expanded his company into Auction Marketing and Sales. Beginning as a self-employed rancher in Colorado from 1961 to 1965, Dunn understands the unique needs of the ranching market. Other positions held include: President of Colomine Coal Company in 1975 to 1980, and President of White and Sons Construction Company, 1980 to 1985.
As a young man, Dunn earned his commercial pilot’s license and became the Chief Pilot for Mile-Hi Aviation in Rifle, Colorado. He still maintains this license and has participated in numerous mountain aviation rescues. He was voted one of ten outstanding young men in Colorado and was the youngest Chairman of a Republican Central Committee in the United States.
Married to Evelyn Dunn, and father to seven grown children, Jim is currently serving in top leadership positions in his Church. He is also committed to his community and remains active in local civic and public service programs.

Evelyn F. Dunn is a licensed real estate agent and works in all areas of Dunn Properties Ltd. For auction properties Evelyn will assist the auctioneers by clerking live web cast of the auction. Additionally, she will assist bidders with pre auction registration, purchase and Sale Agreements and contract signing.
Brad H. Wooley, CAI, President United Country - Wooley Auctioneers, brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience to each and every auction. Wooley grew up in the auction business, and learned from the ground up every aspect of the profession. A graduate of Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, High Point, North Carolina, and The International Auction School, Louisville, Kentucky, Wooley earned his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
Wooley is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and with his extensive background in the area of auction law and regulation, Wooley serves his profession in numerous appointed and elected positions. He currently serves as chairman of the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board (AALB), and president (2008/2010) of the National Auctioneers License Law Officials Association (NALLOA). He is past president of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association (AAA), and has served on the Board of Directors of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Wooley also serves as a Staff instructor for the Texas Auction Academy.

Rita Wooley, J.D., joined the family auction business in 1986. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, and the Bowen School of Law, Little Rock, AR. Mrs. Wooley is the Office and Marketing Manager for the firm. A licensed Real Estate Agent, Wooley lists and sells property through the traditional method, and on Auction day, she clerks and cashiers the auctions, and conducts the on-site web cast for on-line bidding.
Brad Wilson Wooley, a third generation auctioneer is the newest member of our Auction Team. A graduate of Texas Auction Academy in September 2008, Wooley competed and won the Arkansas Auctioneers State Bid Calling Contest in the Rookie Division, January 17th 2009. Wooley is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, and currently works as an auctioneer, ring man and auction manager.
